An Evening with Award-Winning Author
The Ulen Historical Society welcomed award-winning author, Lauraine Snelling to the Ulen Event Center on Friday, July 10 at 7:00 p.m. Lauraine has written over 80 books that have sold more than 2 million copies. Her latest book, Someday Home, will be released in July, and it's setting is Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. She gave a short presentation and autographed books for her many fans from the Ulen area and beyond.
A Silent Auction was held and refreshments were served. Guests enjoyed WINE TASTING with wines available at the Nordic Lounge in Ulen.

The Ulen Historical Society (UHS) is looking for new members! A membership drive is underway, and those who are interested may attend the next meeting of the UHS. Monthly meetings are held on the first Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at the Ulen City Hall.
